Returns:
All purchases are final.
Since we move quickly to print, cut, and sew your merchandise once it is ordered, we cannot accept modifications, cancellations or returns to your orders once submitted. As a company that focuses on couture products, we do not carry inventory and each product is crafted specifically for you as soon as you order it. This includes different sizing.
Please see the sizing chart on each individual product page to guarantee that you order the exact size needed.
In the event your product is damaged or defective, please contact us and we will complete a return request and exchange for a defect-free item. You must contact us within ten (10) days of receipt of the damaged or defective product and you must provide reasonable photographic proof to us of the damage or defect so that we can process your exchange.
Please keep in mind, our products are printed, cut and sewn upon order and thus, your product may take 1-4 weeks to produce, ship and deliver depending on the product and time of year (holidays). We appreciate your patience, if you feel that you placed an order that has not been fulfilled in a long period of time, please contact us and we will look into the status for you.
Gift cards are fulfilled immediately upon order and cannot be returned, exchanged or cancelled.
Shipping:
All orders within the United States receive free shipping.
A $35 flat shipping charge will be placed on each international order regardless of how many items are purchased. If actual shipping cost is significantly lower than the flat shipping fee, a random free item will be added to your order to make up for the differential.
